Branding & building a district.
We love local community. We want to see it flourish. What better way to see a community united and celebrated than to call out the neighborhoods with authentic design and representation. We were challenged with branding The City of Richardson's "CORE District" as one unified district comprised of five individuals neighborhoods, all worth celebrating. 
The CORE District includes Richardson's Downtown, along with the Heights, Interurban, Lockwood, and Chinatown neighborhoods. The CORE is undergoing major commercial re-development with projects ranging from a new public safety campus and public art projects, roadway and pedestrian improvements along Main Street and Greenville Avenue, and creative adaptive reuse projects in Lockwood. As growth and transformation occur, this area continues to serve as the eclectic heart of Richardson with independently owned and operated businesses and services.
